About Us
Who We Are
Our story is the epitome of world travelers from the continent of Africa, particularly of the country of Senegal. Throughout our many different paths, our journey led some of us to London, Paris, Colorado, Milwaukee, California, and now for some in the cities of Dakar and Ziguinchor located in Senegal, West Africa.
As immigrants, we are driven by the unique circumstances of where we come from, that Mindset about the way we view the world usually pulled many of us towards success or for others towards a certain vocation. As the founding 5 members of Casamance Healthcare Systems Inc, Health Vocation is our north star, it has touched each of us on a personal way.
In Our Story, you have learned firsthand how a life and death experience morphed to a heartfelt emotion and second how it has finally birthed the idea to create an organization named Casamance Healthcare Systems Inc, (CHSI). The name Casamance was expressly chosen because all five founding members hailed from this Southern region of Senegal.
Mission Statement
We strive through and with our partnerships to reach the goal of zero evacuation from Dakar to Ziguinchor as well as gradually eliminating evacuation of patients abroad.
